This Environmental and Social Management Manual (ESMM) is updated for IPSD II to be consistent with ESF requirements which aims to function as a guide and directives for the environmental and social requirements under the IPSD II. The manual outlines policies and procedures implemented by the project to assess, manage, and monitor anticipated environmental and social impacts of IPSD II investments.
